Job summary

HV Talent Group is seeking an experienced Senior Consulting Engineer to provide high-level technical leadership across complex engineering design, product development, manufacturing, testing, and operational initiatives.

This hands-on role requires deep gas turbine design expertise, the ability to lead without direct authority, and a track record of guiding cross-functional teams from concept through validation and production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Approximately 15+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Strong gas turbine design experience.
• Ability to lead technical initiatives without direct people-management authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex components, systems, technologies, and products.
• Serve as a technical lead for major engineering and new product initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams through design, development, validation, and production.
• Own design acceptance, manufacturability, and product validation activities.
• Translate functional requirements into engineering specifications and design documentation.
