NAES is seeking a Light Industrial Gas Turbines Manager to lead and optimize the light industrial fleet operations, maintenance and development projects. The role reports to the Engineered Performance SBU and requires strategic leadership to improve reliability, budgeting, and vendor relationships while driving safety and regulatory compliance.

The position calls for a seasoned engineer with a strong track record in power generation, large-scale projects, and MRO.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, energy management or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Master's degree in engineering, energy management or related field preferred.
• 10 years of experience in power generation with five in senior leadership.
• Experience with Solar Gas Turbines incl. Centaur, Taurus and Titan gas turbines.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategy for light industrial gas turbine operations and capacity planning.
• Oversee maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) activities to minimize downtime.
• Manage budgets for fleet programs and ensure timely deliveries.
• Mentor and develop engineers, technicians and project staff.
• Ensure safety, environmental and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Collaborate with finance, engineering, and other departments.
