Job summary

The AEP Tech Lead role at Themesoft Inc is an onsite position in Malvern, PA focused on architecting and delivering scalable Adobe Experience Platform solutions. You will collaborate with marketing, analytics, privacy, and data engineering teams, guiding complex implementations and ensuring governance, security, and performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and enterprise data collection platforms.
• Expert-level knowledge of AEP Web SDK, tags, data layers, and identity services.
• Experience designing enterprise integrations among AEP, AJO, and CJA for real-time omnichannel experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical architecture and implementation strategy for AEP solutions across omnichannel touchpoints.
• Lead the design of XDM schemas, datasets, identities, and Real-Time Customer Profile.
• Govern AEP Web SDK implementations, data layers, consent handling, and edge network integrations.
• Design integrations between AEP and AJO/CJA/Analytics/Target/AEM to enable real-time journeys.
