Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking a Technical Lead to own the end-to-end AEP architecture across omnichannel touchpoints, including web, mobile, email, call center, batch and streaming sources. You will design XDM schemas, identities, datasets, and activation patterns while guiding integrations with AJO, CJA, Analytics, Target, and AEM.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience with AEP and enterprise data collection platforms.
• Deep expertise with AEP including XDM, identity, and omnichannel activation.
• Expert-level knowledge of AEP Web SDK, tags, and data-streams.
• Experience designing integrations among AEP, AJO, and CJA for real-time journeys.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical architecture and implementation strategy for AEP solutions.
• Lead design of XDM schemas, datasets, identities, and activation patterns.
• Govern AEP Web SDK implementations across web, mobile and other channels.
• Design integrations between AEP and AJO, CJA, Analytics, Target, and AEM.
• Collaborate with marketing, analytics, product, privacy, and data engineering teams.
• Establish engineering standards for naming, schemas, deployment, monitoring, and docs.
• Provide hands-on guidance, reviews, and performance optimization.
• Define guardrails for data quality, lineage, governance, privacy and consent.
• Coordinate with Adobe and partners to align roadmap with enterprise priorities.
