Job summary

New York Technology Partners in Malvern, PA, is seeking a Senior AEP Technical Lead to drive architecture, implementation, and evolution of enterprise customer-data and omnichannel digital experiences.

You will lead the design of XDM schemas, AEP Web SDK implementations, and integrations with AJO, CJA, Analytics, and AEM while mentoring engineering teams and setting technical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, CS, digital tech, design or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform and enterprise data collection.
• Deep, hands-on expertise with AEP: XDM, data ingestion, identity, Real-Time Customer Profile, segmentation, governance.
• Expert-level knowledge of AEP Web SDK, Tags, datastreams, Edge Network, event schemas, consent.
• Experience delivering enterprise integrations among AEP, AJO, and CJA for real-time omnichannel journeys.
• Knowledge of other Adobe products: Analytics, Target, AEM, Real-Time CDP, Campaign.
• Strong understanding of customer-data architecture, APIs, streaming/batch patterns, personalization.
• Experience leading complex initiatives across multiple teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical architecture and implementation strategy for AEP solutions across omnichannel touchpoints.
• Lead design of XDM schemas, datasets, identities, and activation patterns.
• Architect and govern AEP Web SDK implementations across web, mobile, and other channels.
• Design integrations between AEP and AJO, CJA, Analytics, Target, AEM, and other platforms.
• Partner with marketing, analytics, product, privacy, data engineering, and channels teams.
• Establish engineering standards for naming, schema, components, environments, deployment, monitoring.
• Provide hands-on guidance, code/design reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Define guardrails for data quality, governance, privacy, consent, and activation.
• Lead technical discovery, PoCs, planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
• Mentor engineers and communicate architecture decisions to stakeholders.
