Job summary

Ztek Consulting, Inc. seeks an experienced AEP architect to own end-to-end technical architecture and implementation strategy for Adobe Experience Platform across web, mobile, email, and other omnichannel touchpoints.

You will design XDM schemas, identities and activation patterns, and govern AEP Web SDK implementations with a focus on data quality, consent, and governance. You will partner with marketing, analytics, product, privacy, and data engineering to translate complex omnichannel

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and enterprise data collection platforms.
• Expertise with AEP components: XDM, ingestion, identity, Real-Time Customer Profile, segmentation, governance, destinations, omnichannel activation.
• Proficiency with AEP Web SDK, AEP tags, data streams, Edge Network processing, event schemas, identity, consent, debugging, and best practices.
• Experience delivering enterprise integrations among AEP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Customer Journey Analytics for real-time omnichannel experiences.
• Knowledge of other Adobe Experience Cloud products (Analytics, Target, AEM, Real-time CDP).
• Understanding of data architecture, event-driven systems, APIs, and journey orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical architecture and implementation strategy for AEP solutions across omnichannel touchpoints (web, mobile, email, call center, branching, streaming, data sources).
• Design and govern XDM schemas, datasets, identities, namespaces, and audiences for active activation.
• Architect and govern AEP Web SDK implementations, data layers, consent, identity collection, and Edge Network integrations for consistency across channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, analytics, product, privacy, security, data engineering to convert use cases into scalable designs.
• Establish engineering standards for naming, schemas, components, environments, deployment, monitoring, testing and documentation.
