Job summary

Autodesk is seeking an Account Technical Lead to independently drive partner-led technical execution across a territory. You will balance customer engagement, partner enablement, and scalable technical strategy to influence revenue growth and customer outcomes at scale.

You will lead discovery with partners, guide ARs, build territory-wide technical roadmaps, and identify expansion opportunities. A strong technical background in Autodesk tools plus mentor capabilities are required.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical proficiency across Autodesk solutions relevant to the territory.
  • Familiarity of Autodesk Construction Cloud, Civil 3D, Forma, Revit, and/or related solutions.
  • Ability to design scalable, partner-executable technical approaches.
  • Sound business judgment in prioritizing technical investment and engagement.
  • Strong storytelling and persuasion skills tailored to partners and mid-market customers.
  • Capability to mentor junior ATLs and partners.

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $126,200 and $226,160. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
