Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in customer, technology, product, program, or business environments.
• Strong analytical judgment and pattern-recognition skills with ability to synthesize evidence.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual storytelling; ability to simplify complex problems for exec audiences.
• Ability to prioritize high-impact issues under competing demands.
• Comfort with data, analytics, and AI-assisted tools to investigate signals and inform decisions.
• Ability to quickly build product and technical context across a broad portfolio.
• Collaborative, low-ego leadership style and willingness to work across boundaries to solve issues.

• Establish and maintain a structured listening approach across AECO to identify systemic pain early.
• Develop understanding of AECO customer workflows, focusing on Construction, and investigate issues across a broad portfolio.
• Engage customers and internal teams to validate issues and deepen understanding using structured listening mechanisms.
• Synthesize evidence into a clear case for action with impact, scale, and next steps.
• Connect patterns across issues to build a portfolio view and shape priorities.
• Drive cross-functional issue resolution, align stakeholders, and manage dependencies.
• Influence product and engineering by linking customer pain to priorities.
• Turn decisions into scalable actions, guidance, and customer-facing outcomes.
