Job summary

Egnyte is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to act as a technical liaison between Sales, Product, Marketing and our AEC customers. You will own the technical win, lead customer pilots and POCs, and mentor teammates on industry best practices.

You will translate BIM collaboration and project delivery workflows into Egnyte‑based solutions, demonstrating value and securing executive buy‑in across construction environments. This role supports US remote work with multiple regional offices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Sales Engineering, IT or AEC with related experience.
• Non‑programming role; heavy developer work not required.
• Strong familiarity with core AEC design and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex customer engagements and POCs with clear plans.
• Bridge non‑technical and technical audiences to show business outcomes.
• Identify technical roadblocks in large file handling and remote collaboration.
• Design tailored presentations and map client requirements to solutions.
• Monitor competitive landscape relevant to AEC and GTM strategy.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to feed industry insights.
• Lead RFx responses with technical depth.
