• Proven marketing and proposal development experience, preferably in the A/E/C industry.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Outstanding organizational skills, managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead responses to RFPs/RFQs in collaboration with project managers.
• Develop proposal specific copy to illustrate technical expertise.
• Coordinate the production of marketing materials.
• Research opportunities for new projects through procurement sites.
• Lead cross-functional teams in crafting winning proposals.
