Job summary

ROCS Grad Staffing is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator with A/E/C proposal experience to lead RFQ/RFP responses, support business development, and help grow the Gordon brand. You will collaborate with the Director of Business Development + Marketing and office leadership on SF 330 submissions, website content, and digital campaigns.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Marketing/Communications/English/Journalism or related field and 5+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in an architecture, engineering, construction, or land development firm.
• Proven experience managing RFQ and RFP responses from start to finish, including federal SF 330s.
• Working knowledge of federal and municipal procurement and the go/no-go process.
• Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office; Photoshop and Illustrator a plus.
• Experience with an A/E/C CRM or marketing database.
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to turn technical content into clear, persuasive copy.
• Comfortable managing several deadlines at once and working directly with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFQ and RFP responses from start to finish as prime and subconsultant, including federal SF 330s and state/local submissions.
• Coordinate proposal schedules, kickoff meetings, and input from technical staff and leadership.
• Identify and track leads on SAM.gov, eVA, and other procurement portals aligning with markets.
• Maintain marketing database and report on pipeline and project opportunities.
• Develop and update firm resumes, project descriptions, and proposal content.
• Write industry articles, newsletters, and marketing collateral with leadership input.
• Maintain and plan updates to company website and LinkedIn presence.
• Support events, interview presentations, and shortlist preparation.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns and mass mailings.
