This position is remote and candidates must reside in the South Region of the United States.

This position will report into the Senior Manager, HR Retail and will be on a team responsible for supporting the Retail Field – South Region. This person will serve an important role in ensuring your assigned client groups (“business partners”) receive proactive, strategic, solution-oriented HR Business Partnership which furthers the objectives of your employees, teams, and the organization.

What you will do:

• Serve as a trusted and strategic Business Partner by responding quickly with accuracy, compassion, and critical thought.
• Support leaders to build, develop, and retain the very best teams.
• Lead or partner on HR Projects, Processes, and Initiatives.
• Deliver excellence in HRBP fundamentals.
• Partner with COEs to resolve employee issues quickly, with empathy and personal ownership.
• Always be improving.
• Safeguard employee privacy, demonstrating the utmost commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Coach and mentor colleagues.
• Model our core value of safety.

What you will bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Management, or a related degree plus 6 years of directly related experience in Human Resources required.
• PHR, SPHR, or SRHM-CP certification preferred.
• Advanced experience conducting complex Employee Relations investigations.
• Creative problem solving.

• Passion and enthusiasm for delivering an excellent customer service experience.
• A high level of organization and capability to manage and prioritize competing responsibilities.
