Job summary

Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking a Digital Strategy and Implementation Senior Advisor to lead the EHSQ digital strategy, drive AI, automation, and enterprise technology platforms, and partner with business leaders to deliver a multi-year roadmap.

You will build governance, establish KPIs, and accelerate data-driven decision-making while ensuring security and compliance across the organization. Hybrid work model in California is expected.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience in work management.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Environmental, Health & Safety Management, or related field.
• Experience developing and executing digital strategy, technology roadmaps, or business transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Identify and allocate resources to projects, optimize workloads.
• Monitor progress with PM tools and report updates to stakeholders.
