Minth North America, Inc. is seeking an Advanced Stamping/Roll Forming Engineer to lead stamping and roll forming process development for body structure products. The role covers feasibility, DFM, tooling, and PFMEA creation in Wixom, MI or Windsor, Ontario.

You will work with AutoForm simulations, CAD data, and cross-functional teams to optimize tooling, manage spring-back, and drive quality and cost improvements in a multinational setting.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive stamping/roll forming process and tooling development.
• Experience with aluminum or steel stamping/roll forming is required.
• Ability to use simulation tools such as AutoForm to predict material behavior and reduce prototypes.
• Proficiency in CAD to review data and produce manufacturing prints.

Mansioni

• Lead stamping/roll forming process from planning to execution, including tooling and press tonnage.
• Develop and optimize tooling and dies using simulation to manage spring-back.
• Attend customer meetings and track engineering changes and PFMEAs.
• Improve processes and equipment to reach designed OEE and cost targets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across North America and Minth's global operations.
