Minth North America is seeking an Advanced Stamping/Roll Forming Process Engineer to lead stamping and roll forming process development for body structure products in Wixom, MI. You will conduct feasibility studies, DFM, and develop tooling and dies using simulation tools to manage spring-back and tool performance.

The role requires optimizing tooling, coordinating with customers, and ensuring quality while reducing costs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead stamping/roll forming process development from feasibility to tooling.
• Define press tonnage, tooling/dies, and materials for cost estimates in RFQ or development stages.
• Provide cycle time analyses and ensure poka-yoke features meet customer requirements.
• Identify process risks and design testing to verify quality.
• Attend customer meetings and manage engineering changes; create PFMEAs.
