Job summary

The Fountain Group in Madison Heights, MI is seeking an Engineering Program Manager - Stamping to lead engineering and design programs for automotive stamping projects. You will manage schedules, budgets, and OEM customer coordination to deliver on technical requirements and deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of engineering PM experience, strong stamping expertise, and proficiency in 3D CAD tools and project management software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering project management experience.
• 5+ years of technical experience in automotive stamping.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal forming dies and die functionality.
• 5+ years of experience with 3D CAD software, such as NX or CATIA V5.
• Experience with Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.
• Knowledge of 8D and 5-Why problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience with AutoForm, PAM-STAMP, or Dynaform is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.

Job Title: Engineering Program Manager - Stamping

Location: Madison Heights, MI

Position Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, approximately 7:00 AM-4:30 PM

Salary: $100,000-$150,000 annually, based on experience with potential room for negotiations.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager with a strong background in automotive stamping and sheet metal forming. This individual will lead engineering and design teams, manage program schedules and budgets, coordinate with automotive OEM customers, and ensure projects meet technical requirements, quality standards, and deadlines.
