Job summary

Minth North America, Inc. is seeking an Advanced Stamping/Roll Forming Process Engineer to lead stamping and roll forming process development, from feasibility and DFM through tooling, launch and continuous improvement, based in Wixom, MI.

You will drive design optimization, tooling development, and process improvements in a multinational setting. You will attend customer meetings, manage engineering changes, and develop PFMEAs while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to achieve high OEE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 5+ years automotive stamping/roll forming experience.
• Experience with AutoForm and CAD required.

Responsibilities

• Lead stamping/roll forming process development from feasibility to tooling and launch.
• Conduct DFM studies and optimize product design using simulations.
• Define press tonnage, tooling, materials, and cost estimates.
• Attend customer meetings and manage engineering changes.
• Develop PFMEAs and process documentation.
• Improve OEE and tool performance.
