Minth North America, Inc. is seeking an Advanced Quality Manager to lead quality planning and execution for new product development at the Wixom, MI (or Windsor, Ontario) site. You will interface daily with our strategic customer and drive continuous improvement.

You will oversee APQP processes, conduct root cause analyses, develop quality controls and CAPA, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and suppliers worldwide. Strong leadership and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA and SPC tools.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams globally.

Responsabilités

• Lead Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) processes and define controls.
• Perform root cause analysis on defects and implement CAPA.
• Develop and monitor quality controls, validation and documentation.
• Present quality results to the customer and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and suppliers to meet goals.
• Mentor and develop the local quality team.
