Job summary

SkyWater Technology, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Advanced Packaging Microelectronic Process Integration Engineer for our Kissimmee site. You will lead, develop, and optimize an integrated Advanced Packaging process flow, communicating with foundry customers and management.

Requirements include 10+ years in process development, MEMS/photonic device integration knowledge, and DOE/SPC/6-Sigma proficiency. U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance; salary ranges from $158,960 to $238,440

Qualifications

• BS Engineering required; MS/PhD preferred.
• 10+ years of Process Development & Integration experience in Advanced Packaging Fab environment.

Responsibilities

• New process development, transfer and integration in a manufacturing environment.
• Develop or integrate manufacturable process recipes for Foundry customers in metal deposition, dielectric deposition, photo, etch, or CMP.
• Process integration for MEMS/Photonic devices in advanced packaging backend of line.
• Utilize metrology tools to characterize process conditions and document results.
• Investigate and drive integration changes for improved device performance and yield.
