Job summary

SkyWater Technology, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineering Director in Florida to lead the Process Engineering team in optimizing manufacturing with high yields and low cost.

You will mentor leaders, collaborate with Advanced Technology Services and Advanced Packaging teams, and help develop new manufacturing processes for next-generation products. The role requires driving packaging technology from R&D to high-volume manufacturing, overseeing KPI/OKR deployment, and attracting top talent.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years experience in semiconductor technology development and packaging.
• Experience leading process engineering teams and driving advanced packaging from R&D to HVM.
• Expert knowledge of litho, etch, deposition, CMP, and related processes.
• Experience with advanced packaging formats (FOWLP, FCBGA, SiP, RDL, 3DIC, HBM).
• Minimum 5 years of management experience and strong communication skills.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects and apply structured problem solving.
