Qualifications
- 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
- Experience with overseas contract manufacturers or suppliers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems engineering.
- Proactive problem solver with proven on-time and on-budget delivery of electro-mechanical products.
- Experience evaluating production line performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Improve existing manufacturing lines to scale with higher volumes.
- Establish inline or intermediate checks to catch failures earlier.
- Design and analyze production lines, build processes with measurable metrics.
- Collaborate with contract manufacturers to improve output.
- Communicate design changes to engineers and ensure adoption.
