Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in an engineering management or engineering team leadership role.
• 5+ years of technical skills in manufacturing engineering for complex products.
• Experience with NPI and contract manufacturers for high accuracy products.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities of a manufacturing engineering team and sustain manufacturing lines.
• Characterize and resolve process & product failures on manufacturing lines.
• Own manufacturing process control and issue prevention.
