Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required.
• Proven experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimization and lean principles.
• Familiar with GD&T concepts and symbols.
• Experience with data analysis and statistical process control.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proven track record of continuous improvement and project execution.
• Familiar with NX or similar CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement advanced manufacturing technologies aligned with business goals.
• Manage Manufacturing Readiness Level items to meet IPDS goals.
• Analyze manufacturing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Interface with Engineering and Sourcing to identify Suppliers meeting capacity, cost, and capability goals.
• Identify and manage new product assembly, test, or tooling Capital needs.
• Drive DFM activities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
