Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, operational, and administrative leadership across the Adult Division.
• Train and supervise staff and interns; provide clinical supervision.
• Oversee risk management, documentation, staffing and regulatory compliance.
• Support audits, site visits, and accreditation reviews.
