Qualifications

• Associate degree/two years of college in Human Services related field preferred.
• Experience working with cases in a Residential setting preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversight, planning and coordinating transportation for clients to ensure safety and compliance with medical appointments for themselves and their children.
• Facilitating Psycho-Educational group sessions with clients on topics like parenting, household management, budgeting, job readiness and basic needs.
• Work with the treatment team to ensure all case management needs identified are obtained for the client and her child(ren).
• Responsible for obtaining resources and connection to other programs and community needs.
• Assist with residential components of the programs, including supervising clients during shifts to ensure safety and performing client counts and supervision.
• Develop networking relationships with outside contractors, referral sources and community agencies, and represent the agency at community events.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, rounds, and trainings as assigned.
