Responsibilities

• Lead the Urgent Crisis Center on a day-to-day basis, ensuring fidelity to program scope and access to services.
• Supervise medical and clinical staff and interns, monitor outcomes, and involve families/consumers for quality improvement.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to sustain community partnerships.
