Wheeler Clinic seeks a Supervisor to oversee program operations, clinical supervision of staff, and overall program budgets across Waterbury and New Britain, CT. The role includes managing referrals, admissions, discharges, and ensuring fidelity to the program model while supporting growth and quality care.

The position requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling or Psychology, plus at least 1 year post-licensure experience, and a valid driver’s license to

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling or Psychology.
• At least 1 year post independent licensure experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical oversight and leadership to department programs.
• Coordinate care with medical and behavioral health teams.
• Manage budget and monitor program performance and outcomes.
• Recruit, supervise, and develop staff; ensure licensing and training compliance.
• Deliver services on the Mobile Medical Unit and in offices, clinics, or facilities.
• Maintain data collection, reporting, and quality improvement activities.
