Job summary

Adult & Child Health seeks a leader to provide clinical direction and supervision for a multi-disciplinary team delivering behavioral health services. The role emphasizes ensuring high-quality client care, regulatory compliance, and effective cross-agency coordination.

The position requires advanced education in social work or related fields, licensure or certification in behavioral health, and experience with substance use disorder treatment.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor degree in social work or a related field with supervisory experience.
• Licensed or credentialed clinician with behavioral health expertise and supervision credentials.
• Experience in substance use disorder treatment and behavioral health management.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical direction and supervision to assigned team members and maintain weekly supervision records.
• Develop quarterly fiscal projections and monitor program budget and expenditures.
• Coordinate services with external agencies to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Ensure crisis response protocols are followed and incident reporting is completed.
• Maintain required program documentation and ensure quality improvement measures are implemented.
