ADORE Homes is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead residential prefab ADU projects across the Bay Area from concept to turnover, coordinating sites, vendors, and permitting.

You will mentor junior staff, manage schedules and budgets, ensure quality, and build relations with city officials and clients to deliver on-time, compliant projects.

Full-time, on-site in Campbell, CA with competitive compensation and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project management for single-family residential construction.
• Experience managing contractors, complex schedules, and project deliverables.
• Strong leadership and strategic problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience navigating city permitting and inspection processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple prefab ADU projects from planning through completion.
• On-site supervision of construction activities ensuring quality and timelines.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and personnel for seamless execution.
• Mentor junior project managers and develop company-wide systems.
• Drive innovation in prefab methods and permit compliance.
• Maintain active communication with clients throughout the project.
