• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and leadership of the NorCal sales team, aiming to meet 100% of monthly revenue targets.
• Oversee contracts, quotes, and design questions; serve as the point of contact for the sales staff.
• Coordinate with Design, Permitting and Construction to move leads quickly and ensure accurate quotes.
• Plan and run sales events and open houses to generate leads and support marketing efforts.
