OpenAI is seeking a senior leader to own Ads revenue accounting, from technical assessment through operational execution. You will guide accounting for products, pricing, contracts, incentives, credits, refunds, and revenue presentation while establishing governance for launch and data requirements.

The role partners with Product, Engineering, Data, and Legal to support launches and international expansion, using data and automation to improve Finance workflows.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in revenue accounting with ASC 606 judgments and execution.
• Ability to independently set direction and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in digital advertising, adtech, marketplaces, or high-volume transactions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical accounting assessments for Ads products and arrangements, including performance obligations and revenue presentation.
• Evolve Ads revenue accounting policies as product behavior and pricing change.
• Establish governance for new products and accounting decisions, including launch approvals and logs.
• Translate accounting conclusions into requirements for product design, contracting, billing, data, and controls.
• Own incentive/makegood accounting cadence, accruals, reserves, settlements, and GL tie-outs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on launches, negotiations, and international expansion.
• Prepare audit-ready memos and align conclusions with external auditors.
