Job summary

Optimizely in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Value & Adoption Advisor (Experimentation) to blend deep product and experimentation expertise with strategic consulting, helping customers increase adoption and realize measurable value from Optimizely's Experimentation, Personalization, Analytics and Agentic platform.

You will work with priority and at-risk customers to assess maturity, usage and barriers, then deliver outcome-focused recommendations and workshops to drive adoption and renewal.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in experimentation/CRO, working either customer side or agency side.
• Strong understanding of experimentation best practices.
• Confidence working with customer stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• Curiosity and practical understanding of AI-enabled workflows, with the ability to identify AI use cases and integrate them into processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple customer engagements in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Consult directly with strategic, high-risk, and under-adopted accounts to assess usage and adoption opportunities.
• Lead structured maturity and value assessments to identify gaps and build action plans.
• Provide strategic guidance on experimentation program development and governance.
• Support adoption of AI-powered capabilities by demonstrating use cases and workflows.
• Guide customers toward broader use of Optimizely capabilities and advanced experimentation approaches.
• Partner with stakeholders to connect adoption to business outcomes and sponsorship.
• Collaborate with Success, Product, Education, and Services for a unified customer experience.
• Translate usage and feedback into actionable insights and trends.
• Create and scale repeatable adoption plays and resources for targeted interventions.
