Job summary

IMPACT BRANDS is seeking an Experimentation Team Lead to steer optimization efforts remotely, aligning with business goals and revenue opportunities. You will own the experimentation roadmap, generate hypotheses, prioritize tests, run analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve conversion and value across the customer journey.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Experimentation team, ensuring alignment with business goals, KPIs, and revenue opportunities.
• Own and drive the experimentation roadmap, including hypothesis generation, prioritization, execution, analysis, and implementation.
• Identify and prioritize optimization opportunities across the customer journey, including CRO, upsells, and post-purchase experiences.
• Monitor conversion, revenue, customer behavior, and funnel performance to drive growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver optimization initiatives.
• Support data-driven decision-making through reporting, insights, and performance analysis.
