Suncoast Behavioral Health Center is seeking a Lead Therapist to oversee therapeutic responsibilities on adolescent units and ensure programming runs as scheduled. You will educate staff, support therapists in family communications, and join adolescent treatment teams to advance treatment goals.

The role requires a Master’s in social work or mental health counseling, Florida licensure, and several years of pediatric clinical experience with supervision exposure.

Formación

• Master’s Degree in social work or mental health counseling.
• Current Florida license such as LCSW/LMFT/LMHC preferred.
• 4 years direct clinical experience with child/adolescent therapy.
• 1–2 years in clinical/administrative supervision preferred.
• Knowledge of discharge planning and community resources; trauma-informed care.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee therapeutic responsibilities on adolescent units.
• Ensure programming occurs as scheduled and educate staff to increase competency.
• Support therapists in family communications and attend adolescent treatment teams.
• Develop and implement activities on adolescent units to meet organizational goals.
