Job summary

Sentara RMH Behavioral Health Center is hiring a Sr. Behavioral Health Therapist to lead an adolescent partial hospitalization program.

The role oversees daily operations and coordinates therapy staff across inpatient and outpatient sites, ensuring quality of care and effective discharge planning. Qualifications include a Master's degree in a related field and LPC/LCSW licensure, with a minimum of three years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• LPC or LCSW licensure required.
• At least 3 years of outpatient or inpatient experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and auditing of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes and discharge plans according to a structured plan identifying and logging patient records reviewed, deficiencies identified and corrective actions.

Education

Master's Degree - Social Work, Counseling, or other related field

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
