Acxiom seeks a Principal Workfront Consultant (Adobe Practice) to lead client success for Workfront implementations. You’ll combine deep Workfront expertise with strategic value realization to drive measurable outcomes and customer loyalty.

This role can be located almost anywhere in the U.S., with a homebased/remote setup and strong client-facing expectations. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in management consulting, 5+ years with Workfront, and Adobe Workfront certification, ready to guide

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• 8+ years of consulting experience in client-facing roles.
• 5+ years hands-on with Adobe Workfront, including system configuration and implementation.
• Experience with Value Realization methodologies, ROI measurement, or business outcome tracking.
• Adobe Workfront certification (Professional or Expert).
• Deep knowledge of Adobe Workfront architecture, features, and functionalities.
• Experience with Workfront Fusion scenarios, modules, routes, connectors, and API integrations.
• Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
• Proficiency in database management and basic scripting languages.
• Client relationship management and stakeholder engagement experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute comprehensive success plans that align Workfront capabilities with client objectives.
• Recommend Workfront Fusion scenarios, modules, and routes to optimize workflows and business processes.
• Recommend system integrations using connectors and APIs to ensure seamless data flow.
• Provide guidance on Workfront architecture, performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Stay current with latest Adobe Workfront releases and best practices to drive improvements.
• Own and monitor client success metrics and KPIs to ensure measurable value.
• Serve as a Value Realization thought leader for client engagements and align with business strategy.
• Manage client expectations around value delivery timelines and communicate risks.
