The role requires deep Workfront delivery experience, cross‑functional facilitation, and the ability to define solutions, write proposals, and lead discovery workshops. Travel may be required up to 100% depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a Workfront delivery lead role or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Workfront implementation and project optimization.
• Minimum of 3 years experience showcasing the ability to lead discovery and requirements workshops with cross‑functional stakeholders and communicate to the business the need.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with commercial and pre‑sales instincts, with the ability to scope, price, and position complex solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate's degree, minimum 6 years work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Pre‑sales Support – Define marketing technology strategy, roadmaps and budgets, write proposals and SoWs.
• Solution Leadership – Advise clients, define solutions, and accelerate delivery on large transformations.
• Internal Capability Enablement – Share knowledge, define services, and certify partners.
• Lead/support new Workfront implementations and assessments, administer environments, and train on Workfront functionality.
• Organize and facilitate discovery/workshops; write BRDs, Epics and Stories; define architecture and delivery approach.
• Travel may be required; travel percentage varies by client needs.
