Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Principal Workfront Consultant (Adobe Practice) to lead engagements, optimize Workfront deployments, and drive maximum value for clients. You will act as the technical lead and collaborate with client teams to implement best practices, architecture, and integrations.

You will develop strategic success plans, guide Fusion scenarios, API integrations, and measurement frameworks, ensuring measurable business outcomes and ongoing client satisfaction across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• 8+ years in management consulting or systems integration in client-facing roles.
• 5+ years hands-on with Adobe Workfront, including configuration and implementation.
• Experience with Value Realization methodologies and ROI measurement.
• Conducting client workshops to define success criteria and value metrics.
• Adobe Workfront certification (Professional or Expert).
• Knowledge of Workfront architecture and integrations (APIs, connectors).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute success plans aligning Workfront capabilities with client objectives.
• Recommend Workfront Fusion modules, routes, and automatic workflows.
• Propose system integrations ensuring smooth data flow between Workfront and enterprise systems.
• Provide guidance on architecture, performance, and security best practices.
• Stay current with Adobe Workfront releases and industry best practices.
• Own client success metrics and deliver measurable business value.
• Lead value realization thought leadership across engagements.
