Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Principal Workfront Consultant (Adobe Practice) to lead client success, acting as the technical lead for Adobe Workfront engagements. You will blend deep Workfront expertise with strong relationship management to maximize value realization and drive adoption across enterprise systems.

The role requires strategic thinking to align business goals with Workfront capabilities, hands-on optimization, and consistent delivery of measurable outcomes for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
• 8+ years of consulting experience in management consulting or systems integration in client-facing roles.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront including configuration and implementation.
• Experience with Value Realization methodologies, ROI measurement, or business outcome tracking.
• Adobe Workfront certification (Professional or Expert).
• Deep knowledge of Adobe Workfront architecture, features, and functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive success plans aligning Workfront with client objectives.
• Recommend Workfront Fusion scenarios, modules, and routes to optimize workflows.
• Propose system integrations using connectors and APIs for seamless data flow.
• Provide expert guidance on Workfront architecture, scalability, performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Stay current with Adobe Workfront releases and best practices to drive improvement.
