Acxiom is seeking a Principal Workfront Consultant (Adobe Practice) to lead Adobe Workfront engagements remotely across the U.S. You will drive client success by translating business goals into value realization plans and providing hands-on guidance on architecture, integrations, and optimization.

The role demands 8+ years of consulting experience, 5+ years with Workfront, and deep knowledge of Workfront Fusion, APIs, and data mapping.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of consulting experience in client-facing roles.
• 5+ years hands-on with Adobe Workfront in configuration and implementation.
• Experience with Value Realization methodologies, ROI measurement, or business outcome tracking.
• Proven ability to run client workshops and define success criteria.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute success plans aligning Workfront capabilities with client objectives.
• Recommend Workfront Fusion scenarios, modules, and APIs for seamless data flow.
• Provide guidance on architecture, performance, and security best practices.
• Own and monitor client success metrics and value realization outcomes.
