Tata Consultancy Services seeks an experienced Adobe Target Consultant to lead on-site experimentation and personalization for digital platforms in Bellevue. You will partner with Exp PMs, offshore teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and drive end-to-end delivery.

The role emphasizes hands-on Target setup, front-end development with JavaScript, QA, and cross-browser testing in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Adobe Target implementation and experimentation development (7 years).
• Hands-on expertise in A/B Testing, Multivariate Testing (MVT), Experience Targeting (XT), Auto-Target / Auto-Personalization activities.
• Personalization and activity configuration in Adobe Target.
• End-to-end Adobe Target setup, including at.js implementation and configuration, mbox setup and QA/validation.
• Proficient JavaScript (DOM manipulation) and front-end skills (HTML5, CSS3).
• Experience in profile scripting for audience targeting; understanding client-side data flows.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite experimentation development and personalization for digital platforms.
• Gather requirements, provide technical consultation, and drive end-to-end experiment execution (build → QA → launch).
• Develop front-end experiment variations using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS; implement profile scripting for audience targeting.
• Perform QA, debugging, and cross-browser/device validation of Target activities.
• Coordinate with offshore teams; manage timelines, governance, and delivery quality.
