Job summary

Acxiom is seeking an experienced Adobe Marketo Consultant to lead design, implementation, and optimization of marketing automation solutions using Adobe Marketo Engage. The ideal candidate has a proven track record with large-scale Marketo implementations, data migration, and advanced marketing strategies.

The role requires deep expertise in Campaign Classic, Campaign Ops, data governance, and CRM integrations, with a focus on driving data-driven campaigns and analytics.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in marketing automation focused on Adobe Marketo Engage.
• Experience with Campaign Classic, Campaign Ops and data governance.
• Proven record of large-scale Marketo implementations and complex integrations.
• Lead management, segmentation, lead scoring, nurture programs, and email marketing best practices.
• Experience with Marketo Measure (Bizible) and CRM integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of marketing automation solutions with Marketo Engage.
• Oversee integration of Campaign Classic and Campaign Ops across platforms.
• Manage technical Marketo aspects including database optimization and scalability.
• Architect Marketo integrations with CRM, analytics, and CMS.
• Collaborate to develop data-driven campaigns driving business growth.
• Provide data governance leadership and ensure data integrity.
• Analyze marketing data to inform decisions and improve campaigns.
• Audit Marketo systems and enforce best practices.
• Create Marketo training programs and mentor juniors.
• Stay current with industry trends and drive innovation.
