Job summary

Acxiom is seeking an experienced Adobe Marketo Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of marketing automation solutions using Adobe Marketo Engage.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in marketing automation, expert-level experience with Campaign Classic and Campaign Ops, data governance, and complex Marketo integrations; Salesforce CRM and Measure experience preferred. This remote role is homebased (Conway, AR) with opportunities to work across global instances.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing automation experience focused on Adobe Marketo Engage.
• Strong expertise with Campaign Classic, Campaign Ops, and data governance best practices.
• Proven track record managing large-scale Marketo implementations with complex integrations.
• Experience with lead management, segmentation, lead scoring, and nurturing programs.
• Adobe Certified Professional - Marketo Engage certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of marketing automation solutions using Marketo Engage.
• Oversee integration of Campaign Classic and Campaign Ops for seamless operations.
• Manage all technical aspects of Marketo including database optimization and lead management.
• Architect Marketo integrations with CRM, analytics, and CMS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to run data-driven campaigns.
• Provide strategic leadership in data governance and data integrity.
• Analyze marketing data to inform decisions and improve campaigns.
• Audit Marketo systems regularly and implement best practices.
• Create training and enablement programs for Marketo users.
• Mentor junior team members and foster knowledge-sharing.
• Stay current with industry trends to drive marketing automation innovation.
