Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing automation experience with Adobe Marketo Engage.
• Strong experience with Campaign Classic, Campaign Ops, and data governance.
• Proven track record in large-scale Marketo implementations and complex integrations.
• Experience in lead management, segmentation, lead scoring, nurturing, and email marketing best practices.
• Expertise with Marketo Measure (Bizible) and CRM integrations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; Adobe Certified Professional - Marketo Engage.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of marketing automation solutions using Marketo Engage.
• Oversee integration of Campaign Classic and Ops for seamless operations.
• Manage technical Marketo aspects: database optimization, lead management, scalability.
• Architect Marketo integrations with CRM, analytics, and CMS platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-driven campaigns to drive growth.
• Provide data governance leadership and ensure data integrity.
• Analyze data to inform decisions and improve campaign performance.
• Audit Marketo systems and promote best practices in automation.
• Create training and enablement programs for Marketo use cases.
• Mentor junior team members and stay updated on industry trends.
