Deloitte’s Advertising, Marketing & Commerce team seeks a Senior Consultant to design and implement real-time, omnichannel customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer. You will orchestrate journeys across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels, and integrate with Adobe Experience Platform to activate audiences and measure outcomes.

The role requires coordinating across technical and business teams, delivering high-quality solutions, and supporting pre-sales activities. Travel may be required.

Competenze

• 3+ years hands-on implementation with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• 2+ years configuring AJO channel surfaces (email, SMS, push, in-app).
• 2+ years with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), RT-CDP, and CJA.
• 5+ years in marketing tech or digital campaigns with API-first config, Git, CI/CD.

Mansioni

• Design end-to-end customer journeys in AJO with triggers, actions, and offers.
• Configure channels, email subdomains, IP pools, and deliverability strategies.
• Integrate AJO with AEP for unified profiles and cross-channel measurement.
• Lead integration across Adobe Experience Cloud and client stakeholders.
