Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience delivering Adobe Experience Cloud implementations.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading architecture workshops and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Minimum of 4 years of working with distributed delivery teams on large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Adobe certification in AJO and AEP preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale customer engagement and personalization solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform, and related Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
• Serves as the solution lead across client engagements, driving architecture vision and solution while ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards.
• Partners with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams to define scalable customer engagement ecosystems, establish governance frameworks, and deliver innovative omnichannel experiences.
