Job summary

Accenture PLC seeks a solutions-minded consultant to design enterprise-scale customer engagement and personalization solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform, along with related Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to define architectures, drive governance, and deliver omnichannel experiences, leveraging 3+ years in MarTech and Adobe Cloud implementations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience architecting and delivering enterprise MarTech or customer experience solutions.
• 2+ years implementing Adobe Experience Cloud, with deep expertise in Journey Optimizer and Experience Platform.
• 2+ years of architecture workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture and configure enterprise-scale customer engagement and personalization solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer, AEP, and related Adobe Cloud technologies.
• Define the solution across client engagements, driving architecture vision and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams to define scalable customer engagement ecosystems and governance.
