Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a solutions-minded consultant blending technology with business strategy. You’ll architect enterprise MarTech and Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, focusing on Journey Optimizer and Experience Platform to deliver omnichannel experiences.

You will partner with CTOs and delivery teams, guiding architecture vision, governance, and scalable customer engagement programs across client engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience helping to architect and deliver enterprise MarTech or customer experience solutions.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience participating and delivering Adobe Experience Cloud implementations, with deep expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with architecture workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience; exceptions may apply.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture and configure enterprise-scale customer engagement and personalization solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and related Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
• Define the solution across client engagements, driving architecture vision and ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams to define scalable customer engagement ecosystems and governance frameworks.
