Job summary

Accenture is seeking a solutions-minded consultant in California to design architecture for enterprise-scale customer engagement using Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform, and the Adobe Experience Cloud, translating technology fluency into measurable business outcomes for global clients.

You will partner with business stakeholders, product owners and delivery teams to define scalable customer engagement ecosystems, establish governance frameworks, and deliver omnichannel

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience architecting and delivering enterprise MarTech or customer experience solutions.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Adobe Experience Cloud implementations, with deep expertise in AJO and AEP.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with architecture workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an associate's degree with 6 years of work experience)

Responsibilities

• Design architecture and configure the solution of enterprise-scale customer engagement and personalization solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and related Adobe Experience Cloud technologies.
• Define the solution across client engagements, driving architecture vision, and solution while ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards.
• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams to define scalable customer engagement ecosystems, establish governance frameworks, and deliver innovative omnichannel experiences.
