Job summary

Accenture plc is seeking a solutions-oriented consultant to design enterprise-scale customer engagement using Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform, and related Adobe Experience Cloud technologies. You will translate technical fluency into business value with scalable engagement ecosystems.

Travel 0–100% may be required. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in MarTech or CX implementations are required, with expertise in AJO and AEP and governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years architecting and delivering enterprise MarTech or CX solutions.
• Minimum 2 years delivering Adobe Experience Cloud implementations with AJO and AEP.
• Minimum 2 years in architecture workshops, requirements, and stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; associate +6 years also acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Design architecture and configure enterprise-scale customer engagement using Adobe Journey Optimizer, AEP, and related Adobe Experience Cloud tech.
• Define the solution across client engagements, aligning with business objectives and standards.
• Partner with stakeholders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams to deliver scalable omnichannel experiences.
